Is everything made with AI?
No. AI is one of the ways we work faster. We always take in your product materials, and an editorial director finishes and checks every delivery by human eye. Some work — like ad banners — is made entirely by hand from the start.
What if there's a problem with the quality?
Two revisions are included. Review the first draft, tell us what to fix, and we deliver a revised version within 3 business days.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
Tell us by the end of the month before the next cycle starts, and you won't be billed beyond that. There's no minimum term — you can try a single month and cancel.
I don't have any footage of my product. Can I still order?
Yes. We can discuss an approach from a single product photo. If a live shoot is needed, use one of our shoot-included options.
