Frequently asked questions

Is everything made with AI?

No. AI is one of the ways we work faster. We always take in your product materials, and an editorial director finishes and checks every delivery by human eye.

What's the difference between "with shoot" and "no shoot"?

With shoot, we handle the shooting and finish with real texture. No shoot finishes the materials you provide with editing and AI — fastest and lowest cost since no shoot is needed.

Do you handle revisions?

Two revisions are included. Tell us what to fix on the first draft and we deliver a revised version within 3 business days. No per-change quotes.

Can you make LPs too?

Yes. We present design-tone options from a brief, align on direction, then produce. Delivered as data.
