AI Enablement | Adoption & in-housing

We take on the "how do we even bring AI in?"

From tool selection to operations to building your in-house team. We design a sensible path to bring AI into your EC operations — a third option that's neither handing it all to an agency nor hiring from scratch.

The Problem

You want to use AI. But are you stuck here?

01

No idea where to start

You want to be more efficient with AI. But there are countless tools, and no one in-house can judge which to use or how to combine them for your business.

02

You tried, but quality breaks

You made something with AI, but the product changes, or it's off-brand. You can't tell how to control it for real work.

03

You want in-housing, but lack the people

Eventually you want to run it in-house. But there's no one to teach it, no one to own it, and hiring takes time and money.

What we offer

From building the system to walking alongside operations.

Choose how we work together based on where you are and how much you want to run yourselves.

01

AI production systems (Claude Code)

Using Claude Code: tool selection, workflow design, template setup. We build the production foundation your team can move on without hesitation. Streamlining your live-action flow is included.

02

Monthly retainer & advisory

Not adopt-and-done. Once it's running, we keep answering the "how do I…" every month, until the system settles into your company.

03

One-off diagnosis & consulting

We diagnose where you are and map where AI fits, as a roadmap. A first step for those who want to start small.

04

In-housing training

Training so your team can produce on their own. We hand over the very workflows we use day to day.

forCreators

Why forCreators

A company that produces at volume builds the system — and teaches it.

What AI can do and where it trips up — we know it firsthand, because we bring AI into our production flow and produce at volume every day. Not textbook theory, but the very workflows we run, handed straight to you. How to combine people and AI, how much to keep in-house — there's no single right ratio. Rather than rushing you to graduate, we tune the right ratio for you, together.

On-the-ground know-how

Because we run production at volume, we know which tools work — and which don't.

People × AI by design

Not replacing everything with AI, but building a sturdy system that keeps the human-judgment parts.

Walking alongside

We don't adopt and abandon. We can stay close on a monthly basis until it settles in.

Example

An "AI employee" for your company, in 3 months.

An illustrative example to give you a feel for the work. In practice we design to your specific challenges.

An AI employee, embedded

From research → script → storyboard → reports, AI runs the upstream of the production flow end-to-end.

An organization that creates AI employees

You hold the foundation to keep adding and growing your own automations.

1

Phase 1

Build (Month 1)

Set up the Claude Code environment and a suite of production-flow automation skills (PM, research, script, storyboard, reports).

2

Phase 2

Optimize (Month 2)

Learn from your past scripts and hit videos so output sounds like you. Run PDCA on real projects.

3

Phase 3

Roll out (Month 3)

Guidelines, onboarding, automated morning reports. An "AI colleague" anyone can use.

Setup: biweekly check-ins plus ad-hoc chat, shared via GitHub. Humans decide, AI executes — a hybrid.

Example cost: ¥400,000 / month × 3 months. Designed to the scale of the challenge.

Pricing

Not "how many for how much" — but "which problem, solved how."

The value of AI adoption isn't measured in units produced. So we design pricing to the scale of the problem you want to solve, not the count. From a one-off diagnosis to an ongoing monthly retainer, there's a range. Start with a diagnosis and a chat — then we propose a workable engagement and quote.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

So, does this mean replacing everything with AI?

No. What we build keeps the human-judgment parts. AI is a way to make production and operations faster and more efficient; humans take the helm. Streamlining the live-action flow is in scope, but we never propose "everything to AI."

Is it OK if no one on our team knows AI?

Yes — in fact, this support is for exactly that. From diagnosis to systems to training, we move step by step assuming no prior expertise.

We haven't decided how much to in-house yet.

You don't need to decide first. How much you keep in-house is something we tune as we go. Run it all in-house, or keep part with us — either works.

Can we get production too?

Yes. Combined with production support, "have us make it while building your in-house setup" is possible. Let's talk about your situation.
