As shown on each service page. Single orders start from ¥5,000 per video; monthly plans start from ¥100,000 per month. If consumption tax or similar applies, it will be presented before you order.

Any communication fees or bank transfer fees incurred in using the Service are borne by the customer.

Credit card payment (Stripe).

For single orders, you register a card when you approve the proposal, and the charge is confirmed upon your acceptance (inspection) of the delivery. For monthly plans, charges are made at sign-up and on each monthly renewal date.

For single orders, the first draft is delivered within the lead time shown for each menu (typically 5–14 business days). For monthly plans, requests are accepted on an ongoing basis after sign-up.

Because the Service is made-to-order work, cancellation or refund after production has started is in principle not available. Cancellation before production starts is possible. To cancel a monthly plan, please notify us by the end of the month preceding the next renewal date. Except where attributable to us, fees already paid are non-refundable.
